Engineering

Based out of a dedicated 25,000ft2 manufacturing centre in Cradley Heath, Arbil Engineering has the in-house facilities, experience and capabilities to design and manufacture one-off specialist fabrications to meet individuals bespoke requirements. 

A full design and fabrication process delivers concept through to finished equipment; with all manufactured items calibrated, tested and certified to both the safe working and proof loads as required.

Well known throughout the industry for patented designs such as the Zwicky Track Jack range of which Arbil Rail is the OEM, Arbil has a vast wealth of knowledge and experience of manufacture and fabrication.

The substantial dedicated premises allows for the manufacture of large and lengthy bespoke fabrications such as lifting beams and gantries, whilst a number of individual workshops enable volume manufacture of smaller fabrications and components. On-site visits from qualified engineers mean that Arbil can deliver from concept through to finished design.

As an OEM of hydraulic jacks and mechanical lifting and maintenance tools, Arbil is also experienced in the provision of high precision parts manufactured from exotic materials, often to high tolerances and with high quality finishes.
