The Tiger PROLH range of lever hoists feature a patented quad cam pawl design and torsion brake system and are ideally suited to overhead line work
The braking system was designed to counter known failure modes in commonly used longitudinal "push-pull" mechanisms.
An 8 point multi start thread pinion shaft also has increased brake reaction times. The rotational engagement of the brake works with the direction of the load sheave creating highly efficient braking ratios
The PROLH is available in 800Kg to 20,000Kg capacities with the 800Kg, 1,500Kg, & 3,000Kg units proving most popular for rail use.
