Bowthorpe® Clamp Body (Large)

The Bowthorpe clamp body (Large), manufactured from high strength aluminium alloy (steel screws hot dip galvanized to DIN 50976), has been developed with the Bowthorpe wedge range, that cater for larger copper, steel and aluminium conductor wires from 24.5mm to 32mm diameter, to tension conductor wires on overhead catenary systems.
Used in conjunction with a dedicated double leg wire rope sling, a dynamometer and appropriate lever hoist to pull up the conductor wires to the required tension.
